Return Label Guide

Step 1:

Save and Print the return label we gave to you. A refund will only be issued for the parcels returned back by logistics company. No other refunds will be issued.

Step 2:

Pack Item(s)

Step 3:

Return the item(s) to the return address.

Return method by country Search for a nearby return point of the courier on the label & drop off the package.

Step 4:

Wait for logistic delivery

Step 5:

Wait for warehouse inspection

Step 6:

Wait for refund to be issued

Please provide the tracking number within 10 calendar days. If you fail to response or provide returning tracking number before the deadline, the refund will not be issued.
