365-Day Warranty Policy

This warranty policy ("Policy") covers products sold by Retro Game Intensity ("Company") and provides a warranty period of 365 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period, Company agrees to repair, replace, or provide compensation for eligible products that exhibit defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
The product must have been purchased directly from Retro Game Intensity online store.
The product must be used in accordance with the accompanying documentation, user manual, and any applicable guidelines.
The defect must not be caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or natural disasters.
In the event that a covered product experiences a defect during the Warranty Period, the customer may request warranty services by contacting Company's customer support team.
